Watch our highlight video to relive the magic of the festival and catch things you missed.

Thank you to all the artists, staff, volunteers, supporters, and audiences who made Luminato 2023 amazing!

What you said about the festival

We’re so pleased that so many of you enjoyed Luminato Festival Toronto 2023. Here is some of what you said on social media:

I had the pleasure of seeing Scott Joplin’s Treemonisha yesterday as part of @Luminato‘s 2023 line up and only have great things to say. Congratulations to the entire creative team, orchestra and cast.
@accarmonaosp on Twitter

I accidentally went to a samba super star’s concert last night. Researching Zeca Pagodingo after the fact, it’s pretty impressive that @Luminato brought him in for a free public show. Dude is *huge*.
@anotherglassbox on Twitter

Hope you have a wonderful time in Toronto as you spread your joy and message. Love you Amal. Safe travels ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
@happyangelsdancing on Instagram

It was such a thrilling experience attending @luminatofestival premiere of LOSS by Ian Kamau. It was such a deep and amazing performance. 💫⭐️💫💫
@abistarconsult on Instagram

I had the deepest privilege of being in conversation with the creators and performers of 🐲 Dragon’s Tale 🐉, a majestic and poignant new opera performed on Toronto’s waterfront celebrating the origin of Dragon Boat racing. […] I have never seen anything quite like it and I am in total awe of the entire production! 🤩
