TD Pop-up Performer of the Week

Every Wednesday (5, 6, 7 pm), Saturday, and Sunday (12, 1, 3 pm)

Diar (دْيَار )

Throughout the year, enjoy informal performances presented by TD Bank Group — of jazz, Latin, Persian, traditional Asian music, and more — by a range of captivating artists in the Museum’s public spaces and galleries.

This week, listen to Diar (دْيَار ) — a Syrian band dedicated to reviving and preserving traditional Syrian and Arabic songs by infusing them with a flamenco touch. Their aim is to cultivate and celebrate the rich, Arabic heritage through their music, using easy rhythms so everyone can appreciate and enjoy it.

The Aga Khan Museum is built on land that is and has been under the stewardship of many Indigenous peoples over millennia, including the Anishinaabe, the Haudenosaunee, the Wendat and the Mississaugas of the Credit Nation. We are grateful for the opportunity to work and live on this land and be in this territory.
